This is Natalie she is 15yrs old and has now been like this for 6 weeks, unable to raise her head and is constantly being sick...but through all of this she still tries to smile for the picture......when Doctors saw her smile like this as they entered the room there reaction was ......oh thats a nice smile you certainly look much better.

Just goes to show that looks can be decieving
